Is my data secure?

Yes. We take security very seriously and encrypt your data on our servers. Most companies just encrypt passwords but we go to extra lengths by encrypting usernames, email address and all your customer data including names, addresses and phone numbers. The only thing we don't encrypt is numbers as they mean nothing without context.

Can I back up my data whenever I want?

Yes. Your data belong to you so you can backup everything whenever you want and we make it really easy. Within the settings section you'll find a One-Click Full Backup button which will create spreadsheets of all your data and let you download them in one zip file.

Do you store my credit card details?

No. We only process your card details. When you subscribe your card information is stored by Stripe, one of the world's largest card processors and we will take a payment according to the plan you have selected. You can change your card details at any time within the My Account section.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Capewell Finance is a Pay As You Go Service and you can buy a monthly or yearly plan. If you cancel the system will continue to function until the end of the plan you purchased.

Does Capewell Finance work on phones and tablets?

Yes and no. Our application has initially been created to work on desktop computers, laptops and tablets with a mobile phone interface coming soon. Due to the amount of data displayed on screen and the powerful functions available we are creating a separate user interface for mobile phones which will be available soon.

Is there a limit to how much data I can store?

No. You can add as many invoices, expenses, mileage records or any other data as you want. We don't want to restrict the growth of your business so there is no limit.

Can I import my existing invoice and expenses data?

Yes. You can import your historical data into Capewell Finance and the best time to do this is when you first start using the application. You'll need to create spreadsheets that contain your invoices and expenses data and there are full instructions together with sample spreadsheet downloads.
